>>Breakfast:  You are invited to choose one breakfast selection per guest, compliments of the INN. Since many mornings are extremely busy, please inform the front desk of the approximate time you will be dining with us each day. Gratuities for the waitstaff are not included in your room rates.

>>Medical Emergencies:  Routine supplies are available in the bathroom medicine chests, and/or from the Innkeeper/concierge. For medical assistance, Dial “911” on your room phone. Lebanon’s Good Samaritan Hospital, provides excellent services and is located at 4th and Walnut Streets, Route 422 East, just two short miles from the INN. The hospital’s phone number is 270-7500.

>>Baths:  All guest accommodations, rooms & suites have private bathrooms. Bathrobes are supplied for your comfort and use. Our housekeeping staff services your room daily. If you need assistance our attention, please notify the Innkeeper or Concierge. Irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and curling irons are available.

>>Guest Refrigerator and Ice: Available on the first floor of the INN. Glassware and ice buckets are in every guestroom.

>>Concierge:  Local restaurant reservations, theater, weekly happenings, tour information, maps, baby sitting services, secretarial services, photocopier, fax services, shopping and mall/outlet information and much more are available from our staff.

>>Telephone: All guest accommodations have two line private phones with data ports. They require no outside access number, and are available for local calling privileges free of charge. LONG DISTANCE calling services are permitted through guests’ calling cards, collect or credit card billing only. Our long distance provider is “AT&T”. Local provider is BELL ATLANTIC. International access code is “011”.

>>Valuables:  Loyalty, integrity, discretion…the virtues of honesty and life. Regretfully guests and friends, the management and owners of the INN cannot be responsible for valuables in individual guestrooms. A safe is available from the innkeeper or concierge.

>>Beverages, snacks, and desserts: Available on the honor system, with your own record keeping and honesty. Selections are in the “Guest Kitchen” on the first floor. A cash cup and pricing are located on the top of the guest kitchen microwave oven.

>>Room Service: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners are served Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Dinner is served Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 PM. Guests desiring service at other times/days may make arrangements with the Chef or Concierge.

>>Alarm Radio: Located on your nightstand.

>>Laundry/Dry Cleaning: A coin laundry is available at 12th and Cumberland Street; Dry cleaning at 12th and Walnut Street; and Drop off laundry services available at the Cleona Shopping Center, 3 miles west of the INN on Route 422. Delivery and pickup services may be made with the Concierge.

>>Airport, Taxi, Limousine, Car Rental:  Through the concierge.

>>Healthclub Facilities:  The Lebanon YMCA, 201 N. 7th Street, Phone 273.2691.

>>Gratuities:  For the waitstaff and housekeeping staff are always appreciated by the staff who works hard to see that your needs and desires are met and exceeded. 

>>Mail and Messages: Incoming will be placed on your bed pillow daily. Outgoing postage and mail drop are at the front desk.

>>Meeting and Banquet Facilities: Available with a capacity of 85 guests. Audio and video aids are also on premises.

>>Newspapers and Periodicals:  Located in the INN’s Parlor and Library.

>>Gameroom, Porches, Patios and Gardens: Available for your enjoyment and use. Boards games are in the library; others scattered throughout the INN.

>>TV and VCR Videocassettes: All guestrooms TVs are connected to Cable TV and have built in videos. Movies for your enjoyment are located in the INN’s Library. Channels available from 2 to 70. Major networks are 2, 3 4, 8 and 21. CNN is 43.

>>Fire Safety: Our INN is equipped with automatic smoke and heat detectors and automatic sprinkler systems. These are on automatic dialers to “911” and emergency response personnel. Familiarize yourself with our exits. Handicapped alarms and strobe lights will aslo be activated. In the case of activation, exit at once. If your room door is hot, don’t open it, but exit through your room window or signal for help.

>>Area Churches: Listed in the yellow pages of your room phone directory.

>>Golf:  Excellent public and private courses.

>>Vehicles:  Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Although we are a safe, low crime area, lock your vehicle. North Cornwall Police Department 272-2054.

>>Doors, Locks and Lights: Exit doors of the INN are on Automatic Lock after hours. Lighting is on automatic dimmers for late night “roamers”.

>>Smoking:  Is not permitted in any guestrooms. Individual smoke detectors in all guestrooms are hot-wired into Lebanon County Emergency Management Agency and are on automatic dialers, indicting the floor and room of activation. They also sound audio alarms throughout the INN and outside. Smoking is permitted in the guest kitchen, the bar and in the parlor on the first floor, as well as on the outside porches and patios.
