>>Pick 8 lb jumbo lump
crab meat for shells

2 cups fine bread crumbs

blend into crab

6 beaten eggs

butter mixture

3 cups heavy mayonnaise - more
or less to needs
>>Mix and form into cakes
>>Broil or bake
Bread by rolling in flour
than egg wash and finally bread crumbs
Use for stuffing flounder,
orange roughy, haddock, shrimp
Use on top of Beef Oskar,
Veal Oskar, Salmon Louie, Stuffed Mushroom Caps, et. al.
Can easily halve or quarter
