Walk through our doors and talk with our chef in one of the dazzling kitchens which create seasonally changing menus that emphasize the classics and enduring excellence. The Inn’s culinary team utilizes many foodstuffs from local purveyors and our area’s rich abundant farmland. Our pastry cart and cake stand in the kitchen offer eye and taste bud sensations— scones, raspberry cookies, pecan tarts, tortes, cakes, tarts, pastries and Pennsylvania Dutch goodies. By advance reservation, our staff’s utilization of fresh ingredients will rhapsodize your senses and taste buds to create food from our pantry, just for you, that will be as tender a mother’s love. Your desires and requests are their very concern from Prime Black Angus Tenderloin to Macaroni and Cheese; Coq Au Vin to Steak Diane; Scampi to Crab Cakes, Pasta to Osso Bucco and Rack of Lamb, sandwiches to pizza, requests for vegetarian and restricted diets, and much more. 

The staff’s delectable creations range from the authentic classics, including regional selections from Essocoffiers’ Classics, to the whimsical and fun—Baked Alaska and Crepes Suzette to Shoofly Pie or Sugar Cakes. Banquet meeting and event facilities are available.
